20,000 shares in On Deck Society
One hundred people. That's it.
We are building the world's first consent-based dating app out of Phoenix, and we are paying a hundred people in equity to help us build it.
Not a discount code. Not a commission. Shares in On Deck Society, in your name, from your first day.
Apply nowHow it works
You sign, then you come to onboarding. At onboarding, twenty thousand shares are issued in your name. They are yours from that day, not a promise of something later.
Then you earn the right to keep them. Every 25 verified Lovers you bring to Love On Deck clears 1,000 shares, up to all 20,000.
Milestones count through December 31, 2027. After that the clearing stops, and any shares you have not cleared can be repurchased.
You have 90 days from your issuance date to bring in your first 25. Miss that and the Company can repurchase your shares for inactivity.
We built it this way on purpose. The shares are real from day one because you should be able to see what you are working toward. The clock is there because a slot held by someone who is not working is a slot taken from someone who would.
Bring in other Ambassadors, get paid
Refer someone who becomes a Brand Ambassador, and once they hit 25 verified Lovers of their own, you get a $100 cash bonus. Paid in early 2028, as long as you are still an Ambassador at the end of 2027.
No cap on how many people you refer.
What you need
- Arizona resident. Exceptions considered case by case.
- 18 or older.
- A verified Lover on Love On Deck. You have to use the thing before you can recruit for it.
- Paperwork at onboarding, including a tax election you have to sign. Bring your Social Security number. Signing it is a condition of the grant, so declining it ends the arrangement.
- Ninety days of actual effort. See above.
Why we are doing this
The apps you have heard of are owned by people who make money when you stay single. They are not going to fix it. They built it.
We are building the opposite, and we would rather pay a hundred people in Phoenix than hand another dollar to anyone who thinks loneliness is a business model.
One hundred slots
When they are gone, they are gone. We are not making more.
Apply nowThese shares are compensation for work. They are not for sale, and On Deck Society is not offering anyone the chance to invest.
